Digital Wallet & Virtual Currency Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 2026. These Terms govern digital wallet deposits, virtual credits, payments, and payouts.
1. Non-Banking / Digital Platform Credit Disclosure
The digital wallet functionality provided on this Platform is a software ledger for managing platform service credits. THE PLATFORM IS NOT A BANK, MONEY TRANSMITTER, OR DEPOSITORY INSTITUTION.
Wallet balances represent digital license credits usable solely on this platform for unlocking features, tipping creators, purchasing vote packages, or entering eligible events. Wallet balances:
- Do NOT constitute bank deposits or currency accounts;
- Are NOT insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), or any government insurance agency;
- Do NOT accrue interest or investment returns under any circumstances.
2. Finality of Purchases & No Chargebacks
All wallet top-ups, vote bundle purchases, and digital tip transfers are complete, final, and non-refundable once processed. Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or credit card disputes for valid wallet transactions. Any fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback will result in immediate account suspension, negative wallet balance recovery, and reporting to fraud databases.
3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Fraud Prevention
We strictly enforce anti-money laundering controls. Users are prohibited from using platform wallets for:
- Structuring or layering funds to evade financial reporting;
- Transferring illicit proceeds, stolen card funds, or peer-to-peer financial arbitrage;
- Commercial money remittance between unrelated third parties.
The Platform reserves the right to freeze suspicious balances, request identity documentation (KYC), and report financial crimes to competent authorities.
4. Withdrawals & Payout Eligibility
Creators eligible for cashouts must maintain a verified account in good standing. Withdrawals are subject to:
- Minimum withdrawal thresholds as configured in the platform settings;
- Standard processing windows (3 to 7 business days) for fraud and chargeback screening;
- Deduction of third-party payment gateway processing fees where applicable.
