Reality Show, Arenas & Contestant Participation Agreement

Last Updated: September 2026. Please read this Agreement carefully before applying for, entering, or participating in any Reality Show, Competition Arena, or Audition on this Platform.

1. Voluntary Participation & Eligibility

Participation in any Reality Show or Arena competition is entirely voluntary. By submitting an application or audition, you certify and warrant that: (a) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction); (b) all personal details, biographical information, photos, and audition materials submitted are accurate, truthful, and owned by you; and (c) your participation does not violate any third-party agreements or applicable laws.

2. Strictly Non-Refundable Application and Entry Fees

ALL CONTESTANT APPLICATION FEES, AUDITION FEES, AND SHOW ENTRY FEES ARE STRICTLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that entry and application fees represent consideration for administrative review, identity verification, audition video ingestion, server bandwidth, and production evaluation. Payment of an entry fee does NOT guarantee selection into the official house cast, screen time, airplay, or advancement to any stage of the competition.

Under no circumstances shall any fee be refunded, credited, or prorated, including but not limited to:

• Rejection of your application or failure to be selected for the official cast;
• Voluntary withdrawal or resignation by the contestant at any point;
• Disqualification or eviction resulting from violations of show rules or platform policies;
• Rescheduling, postponement, format adjustments, or cancellation of a show due to technical events or force majeure;
• Disappointment with show outcome, voting counts, or viewer reactions.

3. Irrevocable Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) & Media Release

By applying to or participating in any Reality Show, you hereby grant the Platform, its producers, parents, subsidiaries, successors, licensees, and assigns an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

• Film, photograph, record, livestream, broadcast, transcribe, and distribute your voice, appearance, likeness, nickname, biographical information, audition videos, and daily activities in connection with the show;
• Edit, cut, recombine, dub, format, translate, and modify all such recordings across all current and future media formats (including web streaming, social media clips, promotional trailers, television, and archives) without prior approval;
• Commercialize, advertise, promote, and sponsor content incorporating your likeness without any royalty, residual payment, or additional compensation.

You waive any moral rights, rights of privacy, rights of publicity, or claims of copyright infringement with respect to your participation and media submissions.

4. Producer Discretion & Finality of Decisions

The Platform and its designated producers retain sole, absolute, and unreviewable discretion concerning all aspects of show operations, including without limitation:

• Contestant selection, house entry, and cast sizing;
• Task and challenge design, scoring criteria, and judging outcomes;
• Nomination of contestants for eviction;
• Public voting schedules, voting windows, and vote verification procedures;
• Eviction execution, emergency pauses, and declaration of official winners and prize recipients.

ALL PRODUCER AND PLATFORM DECISIONS ARE FINAL, BINDING, AND NON-APPEALABLE. CONTESTANTS EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO COMMENCE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS CHALLENGING SHOW JUDGING, SELECTION, OR ELIMINATION OUTCOMES.

5. Code of Conduct, Anti-Cheating & Disqualification

All contestants agree to maintain professional conduct and strictly avoid prohibited behaviors, including: (a) hate speech, bigotry, harassment, defamation, threats, or physical violence; (b) purchasing votes, operating automated bots, collusion, or hacking vote tallies; (c) disclosure of confidential production information; and (d) any unlawful or fraudulent act. Violation of this Code of Conduct will result in immediate disqualification and eviction, total forfeiture of accumulated votes, virtual gifts, and prize eligibility, and potential legal action.

6. Assumption of Risk & Emotional Release

Contestants acknowledge that public reality competitions attract widespread public interest, criticism, and social media commentary. You participate at your own risk and expressly release, discharge, and hold harmless the Platform, its producers, affiliates, moderators, and viewers from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from emotional distress, anxiety, reputational harm, social commentary, or loss of commercial opportunities.

7. Fan Votes & Virtual Gifts Disclaimer

Fans and viewers may purchase vote packages and send virtual gifts to cheer contestants. All vote package purchases and virtual gifts sent by users are final, non-refundable, and represent fan entertainment. The platform awards cheer revenue and bonuses according to standard publisher distribution terms, which are subject to verification, minimum cashout limits, and fraud audit.
