We collect information to provide, personalize, and improve our services:

• Account Information: Name, username, email address, password hash, gender, date of birth, and optional biographical details provided during registration.
• Content & Submissions: Posts, comments, photos, audios, video uploads, stories, direct messages, contest entries, and reality show audition media.
• Financial & Transactional Records: Digital wallet ledger balances, transaction history, virtual gift receipts, and payout account details. We do not store raw credit card numbers; payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• Technical & Log Data: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, operating system version, device identifiers, app version, language preferences, and referral URLs.

2. Mobile Device Permissions & Hardware Disclosures

When using the Newbreed Mobile App, we may request access to specific hardware features only when actively initiated by you:

• Camera: Requested only when you capture profile photos, take pictures for posts, record contest audition videos, or start a live video stream.
• Microphone: Requested only for voice messaging, live stream broadcasting, audio calling, or video recording.
• Location (GPS - Approximate & Precise): Requested only with your explicit permission when you choose to attach a location tag to a post or locate nearby events. We do not track or log your location continuously in the background.
• Photos, Media & Storage: Used to allow you to upload images and videos from your device gallery and save downloaded content.
• Push Notifications: Used to deliver timely alerts for messages, replies, friend requests, contest updates, and mining streak reminders.

3. Third-Party SDKs and Advertising Networks

Our mobile app integrates trusted industry-standard SDKs that collect anonymized identifiers in accordance with their privacy policies:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) & Google Play Services: Used to display rewarded video ads and interstitial promotional units. Google Advertising Privacy Policy.

6. Global Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

• European Economic Area (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing of, port, or erase your personal data.
• California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal data is collected, request its deletion, and opt-out of any sale of personal information. Newbreed does not sell personal information to third parties.

7. Children's Privacy

Newbreed Social is intended solely for users who are at least 13 years of age (or 18 years of age where required for financial features and competitions). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has registered without parental consent, contact us immediately at privacy@newbreed.social, and we will promptly delete the account.
