Official Contest & Competition Rules & Regulations

Last Updated: September 2026. These Official Rules govern all contests, tournaments, and creative competitions hosted on this Platform.

1. Skill-Based Competitions (No Lottery / No Gambling)

All contests hosted on this platform are bonafide skill, creativity, talent, and public popularity competitions. Contests are NOT games of chance, lotteries, or sweepstakes. Winners are determined based on creative merit, task completion, and authentic community engagement as defined in specific contest briefs.

2. Eligibility & Verification

Contests are open only to registered platform users in good standing who meet the age requirements (minimum 18 years of age or age of majority in entrant's jurisdiction). Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of platform administrators may be ineligible to compete for cash prizes when specified in individual contest guidelines.

3. Submission Guidelines & Intellectual Property

By submitting an entry (text, photos, audio, or video), you warrant that: (a) you are the sole creator and copyright owner of the submission; (b) the submission does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary right of any third party; and (c) the submission complies with our Community Guidelines. You grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and promote your contest entry.

4. Voting Rules & Strict Anti-Fraud Auditing

Contest integrity is paramount. The Platform employs automated fraud detection systems to monitor all voting activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated scripts, bots, click-farms, emulator pools, or macro tools to register votes;
• Creating duplicate, disposable, or phantom accounts to circumvent voting limits;
• Buying, selling, bartering, or soliciting fraudulent votes;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical glitches.

The Platform reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to audit vote counts, invalidate and deduct suspect or fraudulent votes, and disqualify any entrant suspected of vote tampering or collusion.

5. Prizes, Payouts & Tax Responsibilities

Prizes will be awarded as described in each specific contest announcement. All prize disbursements are subject to the following mandatory conditions:

• Winners must complete identity verification (KYC) and provide valid tax documentation (such as Form W-9, W-8BEN, or local equivalent) before funds are disbursed;
• All taxes, withholdings, reporting duties, and government fees applicable to prizes are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winning entrant;
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable;
• Failure to claim a prize or complete required verification within thirty (30) calendar days will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the runner-up may be designated as the winner.

6. Right to Modify, Suspend or Cancel

If for any reason a contest cannot proceed as planned due to technical failure, cyberattacks, fraud, hardware breakdown, or force majeure events, the Platform reserves the unilateral right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest and award prizes based on valid votes/scores received prior to the disruption.
